Day 18 | January 22, 2026 | Spiritual Discernment

Read: Hebrews 5:14 ESV “But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice.”

Reflect: Formation sharpens our ability to discern God’s voice. Discernment grows as we spend time in prayer and Scripture and learn to listen carefully. It allows us to recognize what is from God and what is not. As you continue to grow, trust that God is shaping your heart and mind to walk in wisdom. Today, slow down and ask God to help you hear His voice clearly and follow His leading.

Pray: Lord, grow my discernment. Help me recognize Your voice and walk in wisdom and obedience.
