Step 2: Attend Refuge Life
Attending Refuge Life is a requirement for all volunteers! Refuge Life is a class for you to learn all about Refuge. It happens once a month after church and goes about an hour and a half.
Step 3: Fill out the Refuge Worship Team Application
Step 4: Audition
Auditions are a very practical tool for evaluating the skills and heart of people who feel called to serve on a worship team. And we promise that it will never be like American Idol! We want to create a “dread free” atmosphere for our audition process as much as possible. At the same time, we value honesty, and we want to encourage the pursuit of skill in the music we present to the Lord.
You will have two different options for auditioning - either in-person, or video auditions. In-person auditions happen once a month on the 1st Thursday of every month at 6pm during our All Team Worship Practice.

• Videos from live worship are also acceptable if you are clearly heard and seen.
