As we wrap up this incredible year, weโ€™re excited to launch our annual Year-End Giving Campaign!

In 2025, weโ€™ve been living out our theme โ€œThe Year of Invitationโ€ - inviting people to know Jesus, to belong in community, and to step into purpose. As the year comes to a close, weโ€™re making one final, impactful push to continue that mission into the new year.

Our Year-End Giving Campaign launches on Giving Tuesday (December 2) and continues through the end of December. This initiative helps us meet current needs while opening doors for new ministry opportunities in the year ahead.

This yearโ€™s focus includes the Wisconsin Rapids campus renovationsmissions and outreach, and supporting the Giving Tree to ensure every childโ€™s name is picked.

Generosity is an expression of our trust in Godโ€™s provision and a declaration that our treasure is in heaven. Itโ€™s part of who we are and how we worship as followers of Jesus.

Costa Rica Missions

In June, we had the incredible opportunity to send a team to Costa Rica, partnering with Pastors Renรฉ and Elena Arellano, who lead Zoe Christian Church and Glory Christian School. These amazing ministries are making a profound impact in Costa Rica, and it was a privilege to come alongside them as they continue sharing Godโ€™s love.

Our team had the chance to serve in so many incredible ways, from leading worship and ministering to children, to distributing water filters that provide clean drinking water, and ministering to the elderly. Thank you for supporting this team!

North Carolina Missions

In 2025, our church had the opportunity to make a difference in North Carolina. In July, we sent a team to North Carolina in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Partnering with Samaritan's Purse, our team helped with rebuilding projects like drywall, sanding, painting, cutting concrete, and so much more! What made this trip even more special was that it was fully funded by Refuge, thanks to the faithful generosity of you, our community. This meant that individuals could participate without any financial burden, allowing them to focus solely on serving and making a tangible impact.

Africa Missions

Our teamโ€™s time in Ghana was nothing short of amazing! Over the course of the trip, we distributed over 100 water filters across multiple communities, including an orphanage, bringing clean water and the hope of Jesus wherever we went. At every stop, we witnessed people making decisions for Christ, including a tribal chief and his elders.

We also joined in celebrating the 25th anniversary of Good News Africa and participated in a powerful consecration service for newly ordained ministers. Throughout the trip, our team hosted three childrenโ€™s ministry services, reaching around 500 kids, and completed two out of three Pastors & Leaders Conferences, equipping and encouraging local leaders to continue building the church in Ghana.
