Join us for Back to Church Sunday on September 21 at 10am. Immediately following our 10am service, we'll have inflatables for the kiddos, free food, games, and more!
At Refuge, we believe that water baptisms are the next step in your faith journey! Water Baptisms are an outward expression of your personal declaration that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior.
Child Dedication Sunday is Sunday, May 11 (Mother’s Day)! We will provide a breakfast for your family starting at 9am, and will have a special time of prayer over your child/children who will be dedicated. There will be a time during the 10am service where we will invite all the families up on stage for a corporate prayer for all the children.
Calling all our church volunteers, leaders, and pastors! Join us for Team Night, a night designed for everyone who serves at Refuge or wants to grow in their leadership.
We’re excited to hear from Blake Robinson, who will be sharing practical insight to strengthen your influence and help you lead with confidence. It’s also a great time to connect with others, be encouraged, and have some fun together as a team!

Blake is a trusted voice in the house and no stranger to Refuge. As the former principal of Hillsong College USA, he brings a wealth of wisdom, leadership, and a passion for raising up the next generation.

Father’s Day is happening Sunday, June 15!
We’re taking time to honor all the dads, grandpas, and father figures who make a difference every day. After service, stick around for a sweet treat and enjoy some yard games outside. It’s the perfect way to hang out, connect, and celebrate together!
Please join us in praying for our team heading to Costa Rica from June 13–21, 2025.
Our team will be connecting with children and youth, participating in hands-on work projects, and distributing life-changing water filters.
Pray for safe travels, unity, open doors for ministry, and that lives would be impacted, both in Costa Rica and within our team, as they go to serve and share the love of Jesus.
Our Refuge students are raising $1,000 for Speed the Light, a missions organization that equips missionaries with vehicles, church tools, and Bibles.
Two ways to get your car washed:
During service – Grab one of 10 Earlybird tickets ($20) at the Welcome Center and park by the school.
After service – Drive through the designated parking area. $20 is the suggested donation, but give more if you’d like!
Ladies, we are excited to gather with you for Ladies Night on June 6! Doors open and snacks start at 6pm, and service starts at 6:30pm.

Our Refuge Students are raising money to get to Summer Camp this July! It will be an opportunity to grow in their faith and experience all that Jesus has for them! They’ll be selling donuts, baked goods, and cold brew coffee before and after service!

November Couple's Community
- Date & Time: Saturday, November 23rd @ 6:00pm
- Location: The Winters, 1818 Baker St. Wisconsin Rapids, WI
- Interactive Game Night & DIY Caramel Apples!
- Bring $10 per couple to participate (you can Venmo/Apple Pay/ at the event as well)
- Details: We are going to spend time interacting with one another by playing some fun games and testing the "skills" of each spouse! Along with DIY-ing caramel apples, yummm! You won't want to miss this fun packed night!
We’ll be having a special service to celebrate our 40th anniversary on October 20 at 6pm. You don’t want to miss this celebration as we look back on all that God has done throughout these 40 amazing years.
We are welcoming Pastor Gary McIntosh all the way from Tulsa, Oklahoma!
Gary McIntosh is a Pastoral Overseer, who has been investing in local church ministry for more than 42 years. With a heart for multi-cultural and multi-generational teams, Pastor Gary has been planting, guiding and growing ministries across the US. He is the founding pastor of Transformation Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Refuge is partnering with Samaritan's Purse, to assist homeowners affected by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina. We will help in Jesus’ name with tree work, debris cleanup, roof tarping, mudouts, landscaping and site clean-ups, and several other things.

September Couple's Community

- Location: Refuge
- There will be chili & smores provided for! Bring something fun to roast in the fire if you'd like! Please bring your own chair!
- We will sit by a campfire and enjoy conversation with one another! There will be some outdoor activities as well.
