Stir Up Revival

“Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you? 7 Show us your steadfast love, O Lord, and grant us your salvation.” Psalms 85:6-7 ESV 

There is a growing hunger in the hearts of God’s people for revival. Calling on God to revive us is where we start; begin to call on Him today. A revival will always manifest in a fresh revelation of God’s love. A revelation of the love of God has the greatest transforming impact in a person’s life. It changes how they see God, themselves and others. God reveals Himself through a demonstration of His love towards humanity. We need to recognize that revival has a significant role in our spiritual journey. Revival is wherever the presence of God comes into manifestation to impact the human heart. 

TODAY’S PRAYER

Heavenly Father, we call upon you today to send revival. Stir up the hearts of your people with a greater hunger for your presence. As David prayed in Psalm 86, “…gladden the soul of your servant, for to you, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. 5 For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you. 6 Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer; listen to my plea for grace.”
